Research and Development Department
Research and Development Department Considering the course of changes in the incidence of diseases, try to predict the future needs of the pharmaceutical market and Inclusion of new molecules in the official list of drugs. This part of company guarantees that the company is a leader in the pharmaceutical market. After receiving feedback from the company’s sales department and to meet the immediate needs of the pharmaceutical market, necessary steps are taken for formulation and documentation in accordance with the rules of the Food and Drug Administration.
Quality control department
Quality control department with close and constant monitoring of all manufacturing processes and with the help of the best experts and appropriate equipment, trying to provide the quality of the product in the best way. This department includes IPQC, Microbiology, Physicochemical and instrumentation labs and calibration part
Quality Assurance department
Accreditation of the quality of operation of various parts of the company through the compilation, monitoring and collection of documents is the responsibility of this department. All quality activities from APIs to finished products are documented and kept in order to assure the consumer that the medicine has the required quality.
Production department
Pharnic Darou has manufacturing softgel, tablet and capsule lines and as well as bottle and blistering packaging. Clean Rooms are built in compliance with GMP standards and the personnel of this department is trained and under strict supervision to observe quality principles.
Utilities department
This facility is responsible for meeting the needs of all parts of the factory. This department includes refineries, powerhouses, pumps, pharmaceutical water generators, electrical rooms, servers’ room, hygienic air conditioners, pharmaceutical air compressors, chillers, etc.
